To Whom It May Concern:
 
Upon returning from a weeks vacation, we discovered our computer would not turn on.    In having a conversation with an acquaintance, she mentioned seeing an ad in our local paper, The Imperial Republican, about someone doing computer service.  I looked up the ad and called the listed number.
 
I must say we were pleasantly surprised.  First the young man was most pleasant and polite.  During the course of the conversation, he told us when he would come, which he did, promptly on time.  He found the part that was needed, which he did not have with him.  He asked if he could take the computer tower with him, which he did and told us he would call and tell us if the part would fit or not.    He called to tell us the part fit and he had the computer running.  He also told us when it would be delivered.  He came promptly at the agreed upon time, got  the computer running, much to our delight.
 
Also, I might add his bill was VERY reasonable and we will use him again, if the need arises..   This was most refreshing to encounter such competent, professional service in a prompt manner.  We would recommend his service to anyone.
